Katie Tavares Events is a New England event planning, design, and rental studio creating thoughtful, elevated celebrations.
Katie came to me with an existing Wix website, but as her business continued to grow, she needed an online presence that could better support where she was headed. She had already purchased a Showit template she loved and needed help transforming it into a website that felt completely aligned with her brand, services, and ideal clients.
The final result is a romantic, refined brand and website that feels distinctly Katie while giving her business room to grow.

Following the launch week, Katie booked five events at five of the most desirable venues in her area.
Process
We started with her brand identity, creating a refined visual direction built around soft florals, light blue tones, and elegant typography. The goal was to capture the romantic and thoughtful nature of Katie's work while giving her a recognizable identity that could stand apart within the competitive New England wedding and event market.
From there, we moved her website from Wix to Showit, strategically customizing her chosen template rather than simply replacing the content. We refined the layouts, incorporated her new visual identity, organized her planning and rental services, and created a more intentional journey through the site so potential clients could easily understand her work and take the next step.
